Absolutely. Our seniors classes are built for ages 55 and over and are paced accordingly. Every movement is low-impact and can be modified to your comfort level, so you train safely no matter your starting point.
Yes. Many of our seniors members start with little or no recent exercise. We begin gently, focus on steady progress over intensity, and our coaches guide you through every step at a pace that feels right for you.
Safety is our first priority. There is no hard sparring in the seniors program, and classes emphasize control, balance, and awareness. We work on a soft, matted floor and adjust every drill to keep you comfortable and secure.
Our seniors classes run Monday through Friday from 11:00 to 11:45 AM. As part of our grand opening, membership is 90 dollars per month (regularly 150 dollars per month). Reach out and we will help you get started with a free trial.
We would love that. Training with a friend or partner makes staying active more fun and keeps you both accountable. Bring them along and you can experience your first class together.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in and supportive shoes, and bring a water bottle. There is no special uniform or gear required to get started, just come as you are.
